We ship orders from our warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri, and strive to make the process as transparent and hassle-free as possible. Shipping Destinations
- We proudly ship to the continental United States
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We're working to expand this in the future—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
- APO/FPO addresses: Supported via USPS for military personnel.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing may take 1–2 extra business days. We'll keep you informed via email.

Delays and Issues
- We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters or strikes).

- Lost or damaged shipments: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim and send a replacement or refund (per our Return Policy).
Risk of Loss

Address Accuracy
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout— we're not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
- For pre-order items, shipping occurs once the product is in stock. Estimated dates are provided on the product page.
- Backordered items ship as soon as available; you can cancel for a full refund anytime before shipment.
